Im planning on getting this model tomorrow its a great watch i did have one question tho the watch if from 2010 so does that mean they was all made that year or do they still manufacture this watch?

One thing that it’s better on the 5610, you can see time when you’re on the stopwatch (I guess)

I have used Casio G-Shock watches for scuba diving and everyday wear, ever since 1974. On purpose, while deep diving around 120 feet down in the ocean, I pushed every button several times to see if the watch would malfunction or end up leaking. Out of the three different Casio watches that I have used for scuba diving, I have never had a problem or malfunction. The G-Shock series of Casio watches are practically indestructible and super reliable and durable. Great watch and product Casio. I especially like the price range of Casios, compared to other high dollar diving watches.

Honestly I have both brands and the truth is I like the Orient a bit better , but I wouldn’t let my Arnie dive watches go , I have my Orient on my arm more then all my watches ! I love the size and the look and they are for the most part less expensive then my other watches except my Swatch watches .if you spend more then $600 for a watch you’ve been taken for a fool .

When he says 'top' does he mean the 12 o'clock is the top? So more links at the 12 oclock, or is it the 6 oclock, ik that sounds like a dumb q but someone else in the comments said that they had less on the 12 side and i thought that was considered the top

What would be a better smaller alternative?

The thing about this Green/Teal Kamasu is, if you put it on a quality silicone strap, it becomes a completely different watch. The stock bracelet does not do it justice. I put it on a Khaki (or military green) quick-fit silicone strap from a Garmin watch and the contrast makes the dial and the Bezel literally pop! It gave my Kamasu a second life.

I think SNK377/379/381 might have something to say about "best Seiko 5". Especially the SNK379 (the green version), even though it is very, very hard to find. That's why I ordered an SNK381 (black/charcoal dial) after literally weeks of bouncing back and forth between the various available versions of the OG 5: SNXS, SNKL, SNK615/621 (I almost got that one), SNKK/SNKE... None of them has the perfect dial ensemble that the SNK381 has: lumed NUMERALS all around the dial (except at 3'oclock), very elegant leaf-style hands and reverse-lollipop seconds hand (all with tons of lume), framed day-date with black wheels (to match the deep, rich black-ish / anthracite dial) and, to top it all of in the most elegant fashion, a very subtle dotted minute track along the edge of the dial. Hwoever designed this dial for the OG 5 has admirable sense for aesthetics, because they definitelly brought the watch to another level, compared even with watches that have the exact same cases, like your SNKL41. Considering what a cash-grab the "new" SNXSs are, I have a feeling the OG 5s are going to return to the spotlight and people are going to rush out to buy one for their collections. It is exactly what I did, having put off such a purchase for years, simply because I thought these were going to be on the market forever. Well, Seiko is starting to discontinue them and the replacements are 3 times more expensive.

I have the steel black version. I like it a lot. No one would see the Invicta logo and even if they did I would not care.
